Before the film’s release in July, She-Hulk: Attorney of Law star Tatiana Maslany, 39, was also rumored to have filmed a cameo.
However, it was later claimed that her scenes had been cut from the film and that she had reacted angrily to the news.
The actress has now responded humorously to the wild messages, joking that it was 48-year-old leading man Reynolds who “fired” her and that she is now “suing Disney.”
She mocked the rumors while appearing on television Comedy Bang Bang: the podcastwhich states, “I was in Deadpool & Wolverine. I had two scenes in it. And then Ryan Reynolds fired me from the show because he said, ‘I don’t like these scenes.'”

“Now I’m suing Disney,” she added.
She also joked that her scenes were cut because she was too “woke,” referencing those who criticized her She-Hulk series.

Maslany’s Jennifer Walters has been absent from the Marvel Cinematic Universe since the release of the Disney+ TV series She-Hulk in 2022, which received mixed reviews.
