Jabbari, a 30-year-old British-born choreographer, testified today in Manhattan Criminal Court, saying the star “wanted me to feel pain” on the second day of his trial.

Majors looked troubled as his ex-girlfriend described the alleged “excruciating” attack she suffered.

The actor has denied charges of assault with intent to cause bodily harm, assault causing reckless bodily harm, aggravated intimidation and intimidation.

The allegations have stalled the career of Majors, 34, who plays the evil Kang the Conqueror in the Marvel films and also appears in Creed 3.

He was dropped by his manager – and his latest film about a bodybuilder, which wowed audiences at this year's Sundance film festival, was tipped for an Oscar but has now been put on hold.

When the court convened Tuesday, Majors sat at a table with his attorneys and read a Bible he had brought with him.

He brushed away a stray hair from his lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, and smiled at her.

His girlfriend Meagan Good and her mother sat in the front row of the public gallery. Majors kissed them both before the hearing started.

On the other side of the public gallery sat three of Jabbari's relatives.

Majors appeared unsettled as Jabbari recounted the “excruciating” attack to the jury, who felt as if “he wanted me to feel pain.”

Majors vacillated between disbelieving and wounded with a furrowed brow. At times he looked away indignantly and rubbed his eyes, looking back to his girlfriend Meagan Good in the public gallery for support.

Good shook her head as videos showed Majors running from Jabbari after the alleged attack.

Jabbari said that on the night of the attack in March this year, she and Majors had gone to a play in Brooklyn, had dinner and drove home in a rental car.

As Majors scrolled through his phone, Jabbari saw that he had sent someone a “romantic” song by rapper D'Angelo.

She said, “I jokingly said who you sent that to. A message popped up saying I wish I kissed you right now or something.

He didn't really say anything and the following message appeared: Oh, it's not what it seems. I thought, I don't know what else that would look like? I was so surprised'.

Jabbari admitted that she spoke in a “loud” voice.

She said, “In our entire relationship, I never looked at infidelity as one of the things that happened. (I said) What is that?

(He said) It's not what it seems, baby, baby. Baby, it's not what it seems

'He was very alert, as if he had been caught.

“I said show me the messages but he wouldn't so I grabbed his phone and turned away from him.”

She moved her shoulder to the left and pulled her hands down and said, “I grabbed him very easily, as if he didn't expect me to grab him

'I turned away from him. I tried to see the message and all I could see was his home screen.

'I felt a heavy thud on top of me, which I knew was the weight of him, and I tried to pry the phone from my fingers, but I went into protective mode. I leaned over and felt him tugging on my arm.

'He tried to pry the phone out of my hands. When that didn't work, he put his arm behind my back, 'her right arm behind her back'.

Jabbari said Majors began “peeling” her fingers off the phone and twisting “my arm, my hand.”

(He tried) to make me feel pain. It just felt unbearable,” she said.

“Then I felt a really hard blow to my head” and made a sweeping motion over the right side of her head.

'It surprised me. I was in pain, but I thought: who is this girl?

'I said, show me if it's nothing. Are you cheating? I was angry, confused, he has his arms outstretched. He pushed me everywhere it could go.”

Jabbari couldn't fend off Majors because he was 'very strong'. “I couldn't move,” she said.

'He used his hands and arms to force me. Everywhere, my face, my arms, my neck, my chest. Head'.

“I tried to punch his arms away, I hit like that,” using both arms to indicate she was punching him.

When asked if she scratched Majors, Jabbari said no.

The majors ordered the driver to stop, then turned around and pushed her back into the car, Jabbari said

The jury was shown security camera footage of the car stopping in the middle of the street.

Majors can be seen picking Jabbari up and putting her back in the car as she tries to get out.

He walks to the sidewalk and then runs away, with Jabbari running after him.

Describing what happened, Jabbari said: “He tried to get me to stay in the car and tried to push me. My body felt very light in his hands, so it felt like he was forcing me to stay in his car. He held me with (his arms). My arms were at my sides.

'He ran away. I didn't understand why I followed. I wanted to hear – literally that morning we're talking about when we're getting married, our kids' names and he runs away instead of saying I actually had an affair. There was silence and I ran out the door… I was really heartbroken.”

Jabbari said she felt “sad.”

She said, “Everything I knew to be true was not true.”

Prosecutors had previously detailed how Majors attacked Jabbari to “cover up his infidelity.”

The Emmy-nominated Majors reportedly got into an argument with Jabbari while returning from a bar in New York City when she saw a text from another woman that read, “I wish I kissed you right now.”

In his opening statement, prosecutor Michael Perez said the attack occurred after Majors subjected Jabbari to a “cruel and manipulative pattern of psychological and physical abuse” for months.

The alleged abuse included throwing things at the wall and berating her for not living up to the standards of Michelle Obama and Martin Luther King's wife Coretta Scott King.

Majors has strongly denied the allegations and his lawyers said Jabbari was the one who attacked him as they drove home and then chased him through the streets of Manhattan when he got out of their car.

Jabbari did it out of “revenge” for finding out Majors had been texting another woman, the jury was told.

Majors lawyer Priya Chaudhry said: “This is about the end of a relationship, not a crime. At least not one that Mr Majors committed.”
