In the room, Martha also mingled with Fox, 37, who nearly fell out of her low-cut sheer black dress.

She was also seen with Megan’s fiancée Machine Gun Kelly, 33.

While posing for the magazine, Martha flaunted her gorgeous figure in a range of revealing bathing suits.

And now the businesswoman has responded to “naysayers” who accused the outlet of improving her appearance in the photos, insisting they are “incredibly accurate.”

“There are only a few naysayers who say, ‘The photos are overly retouched.’ But they’re not,” she told Variety this week, discussing the shoot.

“They are incredibly accurate photos. I was very happy that there wasn’t much airbrushing.”

She also addressed rumors that she’d gone under the knife, saying, “I’ve definitely not had any plastic surgery.

“I have very healthy, good hair. I drink green juice every day. I take my vitamins. I eat very healthy.

‘I have very good skin doctors. I am very careful in the sun. I wear hats and wear sunblock every day.”

She added that she “gets certain fillers every now and then” for “a line here or there,” but insisted she “hates” Botox.

‘It’s a strange thing for me. I really don’t do much,” the author continued.

Martha was photographed by Ruven Afanador in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic wearing nine different swimsuits during the shoot.

To prepare for it, she told Variety that she increased her Pilates to three times a week, watched what she ate and stopped drinking alcohol.

“I’ve had my regular facials, but maybe more often, and I’ve also gotten a spray tan,” she added. “I’m not a hairy person, but I got a full body wax.”

Amid the blistering cover, the mother of one child was asked if she’d ever considered posing for Playboy in the past, and she made it clear she wanted nothing to do with the raunchy outlet.

‘No. I never would have done Playboy because that’s what I found [to be] a very inappropriate magazine,’ she said. “I was brought up prudish. We were very conservative.’

Speaking to the New York Times about the shoot, Martha said she had a “really good time” but admitted there were some things that made her uncomfortable — like people on set referring to her breasts as ‘the girls’.

“All these people were urging me on and talking about ‘the girls’. I’ve never called my breasts ‘the girls’ in my life,” she said.

‘I hate that sort of thing. All the time these people were pushing, “Put this out, push that in.”

“I had to stay there for eight hours. Still, we were filming in the Dominican Republic and I had a great time.’

Martha told SI Swim that she “doesn’t think about age much,” but that posing on the cover at 81 was “a little bit historic.”

“When I heard I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit I was like, ‘Oh, that’s pretty good, I’m going to be the oldest person I’ve ever seen on a Sports Illustrated cover,'” she said.

“And I don’t think much about age, but I thought this is kind of historical.”
