The iconic lifestyle guru, 81 – who recently treated her 12-year-old granddaughter to a Broadway play – set social media ablaze with her wrinkle-free skin and sultry pout as she perched on the throne of a hair stylist’s chair.
“Looking beautiful as always Martha!” gushed one of her 1.7 million followers, while another fan bellowed, “Okay Martha!! [fire emoji].’
Stewart turned lemons into lemonade after her flight to Chicago was canceled due to “very bad weather,” causing her to miss “a speaking engagement at a large gathering.”
The mogul took advantage of her “new-found time” and decided to get a “refreshing” haircut from New York City-based celebrity hairstylist John Barrett.

Martha wrote to her thirst: “My flight to Chicago was canceled today Chicago O’Hara was closed to all flights mid-morning due to very bad weather.
“I missed my speaking engagement at a huge gathering hosted by @beckershealthcare. This is the very first time in my career that I missed a contracted gig and I felt very disappointed.
However, I used the new found time to get a manicure pedicure by Luda and a haircut by the maestro himself @johnbarrettnyc. The new do is refreshing and beautiful! Thank you Jan!!!’
Echoing the sentiments of many, a Martha super fan wrote in the comments section, “Making the best of it and giving us all a gift in the process.”
