It comes after Sam wowed fans on Monday when he debuted his stunning new look.

He shared a post-workout selfie on Instagram showing off his toned physique, six-pack abs and bulging biceps.

The army recruit also sported a bushy beard and eye-catching tattoos in the picture.

The photo, which was taken in a gym locker room, shows just how much the divisive MAFS star has changed since appearing in the Channel Nine series in 2019.

But he still has the same cocky grin he had three years ago.

“I feel the need to give back to our ancestors and the brave men and women who served and gave their lives for the freedoms we have today,” he continued.

Sam graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program in Canberra.
