Married At First Sight star Ridge Barredo has shared an exciting relationship update with his wife Jade Pywell following the show’s finale.
The professional weightlifter, 27, shared a loved-up photo of himself and Jade on his Instagram page, confirming they are still together.
In the photo, Ridge wrapped his arms around Jade as he gave her a kiss as they relaxed on a beach.
“I passed the experiment with the old girl. I’m excited to live on the outside with you,” he wrote.
Ridge also shared another post, in which he gushed over Jade and admitted that he had “fallen so deeply for her.”

“If you had told me before I started this experiment that I would find love, I would have laughed in your face and told you to tell your story while walking,” he wrote.
‘During the experiment I met a girl who made me fall so deeply for her and made me realize why it never worked for anyone else.’
He continued, “She is everything I have ever wanted and so much more. I am so grateful that the experts matched us, and even though she was handed over to me, we made the choice to stay together and build something very special.”

It comes after Ridge and Jade revealed their plans to start a family last week.
The lovebirds said they are hoping to have twins in the near future so they can give Jade’s eight-year-old daughter Victoria some siblings to play with.
‘Boy and girl twins! I’m definitely waiting for another ring before we have kids,” Jade said New Idea Magazine.
‘The show doesn’t count. I’d like a real engagement, instead of just being handed over to him.’
It comes after Ridge and Jade revealed their plans to start a family last week, saying they hope to have twins in the future so they can give Jade’s eight-year-old daughter some siblings to play with.
Ridge added that he was determined to have children with Jade so their family could be complete.
Their pairing with MAFS was initially called into question during their wedding ceremony after Ridge made several immature jokes while taking his vows.
He also repeatedly used the made-up catchphrase ‘deece’ and described himself as ‘gorgeous’, leaving Jade’s sister unimpressed.
Ridge also promised to provide “safety and security” in their relationship, before bizarrely adding, “because I know you girls like that kind of thing.”
