Sebastian Guilhaus has shared his ‘to-do list’ as he focuses on his mental health following his arrest for alleged drug trafficking.
The star, who appeared on Married At First Sight in 2020, shared a video of herself on Instagram taking a cold shower, captioning it “Day 16 – without self-sabotage.”
Seb got naked in the shower and shared his to-do list, which included taking vitamins, fasting and cardio, and drinking more water.
He also listened to a podcast by millionaire Ed Mylett about overcoming fear.
Seb then shared one of his workouts, which included a combination of weights and cardio exercises.

The TV star did yoga stretches, runs, squats, hops, squat jumps and star jumps for one minute each.
The OnlyFans star has also kept a diary and listed some of his tasks for the day, such as meeting with his lawyer and filming content for social media.

Seb began by thanking everyone who “checked in with him” and “went out of their way” by providing “character references” after what he called “an extremely traumatic week.”
He then “apologised for the stress family and friends have caused.”
“I just settle into the reality of the situation. I’m trying to connect and make sure my family is okay,” Seb continued.

“I’m not going to comment on the situation because it’s ongoing and I don’t want to hinder that process,” he continued.
“I just focus on the controllable, forging a new daily routine, exercising two to four hours a day, what I eat,” he continued.
“I’m starting to battle my ADHD and all my other mental health issues,” Seb explains.
“Maybe a little bit of trauma or rewiring, which could be positive.
“I will overcome this hurdle, it is a period of growth and healing and I will continue to live.”

The former reality star turned OnlyFans performer walked out of custody on Friday after allegedly trafficking more than a kilogram of methamphetamine.
Seb was released on bail after being arrested for alleged drug trafficking.
The prosecution was not against bail for house arrest, with magistrate Simon Smart ordering Guilhaus to wear an electronic monitoring device on his release from the Adelaide Remand Centre.
He is also prohibited from consuming illegal substances and must present for random drug testing.
Relatives filled the courtroom but declined to comment outside.
Seb has yet to plead charges of trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug.

Detective Billy Thompson, the major and organized crime officer responsible for the July drug bust, described the 870 grams of meth found as “significant.”
“Methamphetamine causes terrible harm to users and our communities,” he said.
“This seizure is a significant amount and would have a street value of approximately $90,000.
“Those who trade illegal drugs in these quantities do so purely out of their own greed, they have no regard for others.”
Before his stint on reality television, Guilhaus played 48 games in the South Australia National Football League, scoring 15 goals.
