Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball recently shocked fans by unveiling his new muscular body and chiseled look.
And the 29-year-old continued to turn heads on Sunday when he posted a photo of himself looking good at the gym.
Sam has certainly made the most of his new fitness regimen, and it’s clear the results are paying off.

He recently posted a photo on social media of himself with a noticeably more toned physique, along with the caption “Stronger than yesterday.”
His female fans were quick to comment, calling him ‘beautiful’ and ‘beastly’.
Ball, who broke Lizzie Sobinoff’s heart on the reality show in 2015, sported shaggy hair and a black cap in the snap.
Remember me? Sam made headlines for all the wrong reasons when he embarrassed his on-screen ‘wife’ Elizabeth Sobinoff in 2019.
“I feel like I’ve found the perfect balance between all the different styles of training right now, from swimming to running, weights and resistance exercises, which makes me feel strong, fit and healthy,” he recently said of his transformation.
Sam told his followers that he has been actively running 10K.
“I love getting good workouts, solid recovery along with lots of food… good and bad,” he said.
“I feel like I’ve found the perfect balance between all the different styles of training right now, from swimming to running, weights and resistance exercises, which makes me feel strong, fit and healthy,” he recently said of his transformation.

He went on to encourage his followers to write a list of things they want or need to do the night before so when they wake up they have a plan.
‘Commit to a small project, focus on yourself and the things you want to do that will make you happy within your own company!’ he wrote.
