Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball has been showing off his changing appearance.

In a new selfie posted to Instagram this weekend, the 29-year-old flaunted his muscular body and chiseled face.

The former reality star gave the camera a sultry look as she posed in an open work shirt to show off her multitude of tattoos.

He explained that he has become a merchant and has taken care of some construction work.

Ball was public enemy number 1 during the sixth season of MAFS when he embarrassed his ‘wife’ Lizzie Sobinoff (left) on their wedding day.

Ball, who broke Lizzie Sobinoff’s heart on the reality show in 2015, has been showing off her new look of late.

Ball graduated from the Kapooka Army recruit training program in Canberra.

He received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon completion of the course, according to a post on the Army Recruit Training Center – Kapooka Facebook page.
