In a new selfie posted to Instagram this weekend, the 29-year-old flaunted his muscular body and chiseled face.

The former reality star gave the camera a sultry look as she posed in an open work shirt to show off her multitude of tattoos.

Sam sported a full beard and had a cap on and a pair of sunglasses perched on top.

He explained that he has become a merchant and has taken care of some construction work.

Ball graduated from the Kapooka Army recruit training program in Canberra.

He received the Most Outstanding Soldier award upon completion of the course, according to a post on the Army Recruit Training Center – Kapooka Facebook page.
