Married At First Sight star Brent Vitiello’s business venture Mos x Daily is in trouble with customers accusing the company of not delivering their products.
Founded in 2023, Mos x Daily sells jars of sea moss – a vibrant superfood that is making waves in the industry and becoming hugely popular.
Furious customers claim they have not seen their products after ordering and paying for them online.
‘I am so disappointed with my experience with Mos x Daily. I ordered my product a month ago and have not received any shipping information yet,” one irate customer snapped.
“I’ve sent numerous emails asking where my order is and all I get are apologies,” a second person wrote.

Customers have also complained that their refund requests were not honored, and instead they were told that their products would “eventually be delivered to them.”
Brent said Pedestrian.TV there were issues with the international distribution of the sea moss via Australia Post as it spoils after 30 days and they had to switch shipping companies to ensure faster delivery.
The entrepreneur claimed on Instagram on Wednesday that the late delivery of the service was due to issues with the shipper and assured customers that their products would arrive quickly.

“Everyone has received new tracking numbers and we have signed a new contract through DHL,” he said.
“Hundreds of packages have been shipped today and every day this week. My mission is to deliver moss to each of you.”
Brent famously ‘married’ Tamara Djordjevic on the ninth season of MAFS in 2022.
Unfortunately, they were never a good match, and their marriage quickly went from bad to worse.
Their relationship finally came to a standstill during their final vows, which aired in March 2022.
