Married At First Sight star Evelyn Ellis has revealed she has been banned from flying abroad because there was a tear in her passport.
The 28-year-old was not allowed to board the plane to Bali on Monday because of a small tear in her passport.
She shared a photo on Instagram from Sydney Airport after she was denied boarding her flight.
‘Had a terrible day yesterday. “I was denied entry because of a small tear in my passport,” she said.
Evelyn then visited an Officeworks store and had new passport photos taken so she could resubmit her paperwork.
However, she revealed that her photos were not approved, writing: “I had my photos taken at Officeworks but apparently that wasn’t good enough.”
Despite the setbacks, Evelyn revealed that she finally arrived on a flight to Bali on Tuesday.
“OTW,” she captioned a photo of herself smiling while enjoying a drink ahead of her flight.

Evelyn’s journey comes after her boyfriend Duncan James was less than impressed after he was recently forced to exchange an expensive gift he bought for her.
The reality TV star, 37, shared a video on Instagram of the moment he surprised the influencer and model with Cartier jewelry on her birthday.
But he was left devastated when she opened the box and told him she already had the same necklace.
“Last week she was stuffing her birthday present,” he captioned the video.
He then shared another video of him taking Evelyn to the luxury jewelry store to redeem her gift.

In the video, a dejected Duncan was seen waiting in a long line to enter the store while holding the unwanted gift in his hands.
After entering, Evelyn couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she tried on a silver Juste un Clou bracelet, which retails for $6,250.
Duncan was then seen paying for the item before leaving the store.
Duncan and Evelyn have been doing well since they announced they were dating in May last year.
Evelyn confirmed her relationship with fellow MAFS groom Duncan, who was paired with Alyssa Barmonde on the show.
