Married At First Sight stars join forces to host Christmas lunch for 120 underprivileged people in Melbourne: ‘No family should go hungry’

The stars of Married At First Sight are finally putting their fame to good use.

Anthony Cincotta, who appeared on this year’s season of the Channel Nine show, recruited a group of reality stars to help organize a buffet for 120 people on Sunday afternoon.

The 39-year-old TV sweetheart swapped out his tuxedo for a casual ensemble as he fired up the barbecue and served food to homeless and underprivileged families, while helping to raise awareness for the Melbourne-based charity Bk 2 Basics.

‘BK 2 Basics is a charity that runs food drives and helps the homeless and approached me about taking part in their Christmas buffet which is feeding families in need.

‘It’s a family run charity running solely on donations from the public, even without government funding, they managed to stay open during the covid lockdowns.

“I got involved because I think it’s time someone shined a light on the selfless work they do and hopefully raise awareness throughout the community to help find more donors to keep them going for years to come.”
