Her ‘broken’ husband Josh White was allowed to go home so he wouldn’t have to live with her anymore after he broke down in tears at their final commitment ceremony.
On Thursday, the 41-year-old hairdresser posted a lengthy written apology to the advertising director, also 41, on Instagram.
“Josh, I’m sorry my words were hurtful or harmful to you and it was never my intention to hurt you in any way,” she wrote alongside photos of the couple on their wedding day and in happier times.

“I went into this MAFS experiment hoping to find our perfect matches and since we didn’t find our forever, I wanted to let you know that I hope that when you are ready you find love and find what you need from a future relationship.
Sheppard went on to say that he wishes White “nothing but the best” and hopes to “put this chapter behind us” while “reminiscing about the good old days.”
“Take care and I hope to smile with you one day when we are both healed,” the message ended.
It comes just a week after Sheppard broke her silence and went into damage control after coming under fire for her appalling behavior towards her on-screen husband, White.
Sheppard earned a reputation in season 10 of the show as the ‘sex-crazy’ girlfriend. Her ‘broken’ husband, Josh White, was allowed to go home with her so he would no longer have to live with her after he broke down in tears at her final engagement ceremony.
He made shocking claims about his ex on The Kyle and Jackie O Show last Monday, accusing him of being a “different person” in one-on-one interviews with producers and revealing unflattering details about his sex life.
Listeners were stunned when Sheppard opened up about his alleged experience with White, who said he was “not the same person on camera” as he was behind closed doors.
Elsewhere in the interview, Sheppard told radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that the couple never actually kissed, despite having ‘sloppy’ sex several times in the experiment, also stating that they did not have oral sex.

‘It was really sloppy and messy… I wouldn’t say it was hot, heavy and intimate. It wasn’t how I imagined having an amazing sex life with someone,” he said.
‘There were no kisses. It was very transactional. It was just physical, that was pretty horrible,” he added.
The single mom also said her portrayal of an overly demanding lover was unfair and that all she wanted was sex “two or three times” a week.
Sheppard explained that while things started off great with White on their honeymoon, their relationship went downhill once they moved in together.
It comes just a week after Sheppard went into damage control and wrecked White live on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
