Married At First Sight couple Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven celebrate milestone anniversary – after revealing ‘vile messages’ they still get from online trolls
Melissa Rawson celebrated the anniversary of the day she and her current partner Bryce Ruthven met on Married At First Sight.
The couple, who met at their 2020 “wedding” in season eight of the series, fell in love, got married and started a family in real life.
In an Instagram post, Melissa showed off the flowers and wine she received as gifts and explained that it’s been four years since she met her true love.
“POV: When you both completely and utterly forget that four years ago yesterday you got ‘married’ on national television and met for the first time,” she captioned one clip.
“Four years later, you’re still together, married, have twins, and are about to make a huge change in your lives.”
This came after Melissa shared a heartbreaking clip on social media in which she revealed that she had deleted a recent family photo due to persistent trolls.
The 35-year-old reality star, who has twins with her husband Bryce, posted a confrontational clip on Instagram.
“You may have noticed I deleted a video because of all the trolling. People saying I don’t care about my kids and stuff like that,” Melissa began through tears.

As an active mom blogger, Melissa regularly posts relatable and hilarious content about the challenges of raising her two-year-old twin sons, Levi and Tate.
However, some of her posts have been criticized by online trolls, who are not fans of her down-to-earth style of posting.
Melissa added that she was forced to remove a post after hateful trolls not only criticized the content but were also rude to those who supported her.
“They were trolling people who followed me so I deleted it because no one deserves that,” she said.
She added that she would blog less as a mother from now on, to prevent the trolls from leaving her followers alone.
‘I won’t be sharing much content with the twins anymore, no one needs to be attacked for supporting me. I can’t stand people who send disgusting messages.’

Melissa then shared a clip of herself peacefully reading a book in bed, captioned with some provocative words.
“I know I get trolled regularly, threatened occasionally, but also receive tremendous support,” she wrote.
Many of Melissa’s followers were quick to respond in the comments to support her.
“You are an amazing person,” wrote MAFS colleague Belinda Vickers, while someone else added: “Don’t let those keyboard warriors get you down!”
Melissa and Bryce welcomed their twin boys in October 2021.
They announced the news of their baby in July of that year and also announced that they were engaged. They tied the knot last year.
