Mark Zuckerberg throws 70s bash for wife Priscilla Chan because his ‘disco queen wanted a party’

Mark Zuckerberg threw a party in the ’70s for his glamorous wife Priscilla Chan because his “disco queen wanted a party.”

The Meta billionaire, 40, and Chan, 39, were all seen in love as they danced the night away at the disco-themed soiree.

He shared a series of photos on Instagram of the couple donning sparkly attire as they smiled, kissed and hit the dance floor.

“Disco queen wanted a party,” Zuckerberg captioned the heartwarming post, which was covered with a snippet of the Bee Gees’ hit Stayin’ Alive.

The Facebook mogul never shies away from sharing snapshots of sweet family moments on social media.

Last week he posted photos of himself painting his daughter’s nails and earlier this year he used his platforms to unveil a statue of his wife.

Zuckerberg shared a series of photos on his Instagram page overnight, leading his carousel post with an adorable photo of him and Chan sharing an intimate kiss on what appears to be the dance floor.

Other images showed Chan moving and swinging in a gold sequin jumpsuit.

Zuckerberg, dressed in a shiny bomber jacket, appeared to beam with joy and was all smiles all night.

Likewise, Chan flashed a toothy grin as her husband wrapped his arm around her in a tight hug.

While it’s unclear what occasion the Zuckerbergs held their party for, it appears the social media mogul gave some sort of speech or toast to his wife.

Zuckerberg’s followers also seemed to enjoy the insight into the couple’s lives, with FutrGroup founder Franky Shaw writing: “I always knew you were so cool.”

“Pits are fire,” wrote singer-songwriter Benson Boone.

UFC fighter Mackenzie Dern responded with “so much fun!” and Morin Oluwole, a global luxury business leader and former business director of Meta, added: “Priscilla is on fire! And you too.’

In August this year, Zuckerberg seemingly honored his wife by unveiling a bizarre statue of her that appeared to be made of oxidized green copper and steel.

He wrote: ‘Bringing back the Roman tradition of making sculptures of your wife.’

Chan was snapped sipping a hot drink in front of the new statue, created by artist Daniel Arsham.

She shared the same image of herself sipping the image and wrote, “You can’t miss me!”

The monument shows the former pediatrician staring petrified into space as he walks.

Chan appears to be naked, but her body is covered in a dramatic strip of highly polished stainless steel, designed to look like a robe.

Zuckerberg gave no indication as to what had inspired the act of love, but his friends and followers were quick to welcome the gesture.

Zuckerberg met Chan at a house party during her freshman year at Harvard in 2003.

They married in May 2012, the day after Facebook became a multi-billionaire through its IPO.

The couple, who own homes in California and Hawaii, have three daughters; eight-year-old Maxima, six-year-old August and Aurelia, who is 19 months old.

Chan graduated from Harvard with a bachelor’s degree in biology and worked as a teacher for a year.

She returned to college in 2008 to train as a pediatrician and completed her residency in 2015.
