More photos and videos have surfaced of UFC superstars Alex Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya spending time with Mark Zuckerberg ahead of his hyped billionaire fight with Twitter rival Elon Musk.
On Tuesday, the Meta boss posed for snaps with UFC featherweight champion, Volkanovski, and two-time UFC middleweight champion ‘Adesanya’ at a gym in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
On Wednesday, Adesanya posted video of the trio spending time relaxing on the lake, with Zuckerberg casually wakeboarding from the back of a boat and the two UFC champions soaking up the sun.
Later, Adesanya also posted some photos of him and Zuckerberg training together alongside the caption, “We both have South Africans to deal with.”
Adesanya is referring to undefeated middleweight contender Dricus Du Plessis, who he will likely fight next, and Zuckerberg’s bitter technical rival Elon Musk.

Last week, Volkanovski’s agent confirmed that the Australian had been approached about training Zuckerberg ahead of his MMA fight against Musk.
Zuckerberg is a huge fan of MMA and has developed a good friendship with Volkanovski in recent years.
“Yeah, he’s a buddy,” Volkanovski said before a fight last year. “I knew long before he appeared in the UFC that he is a huge fan. He likes the sport.
“I really consider him my mate. Again, he’s a cool guy, we get along.”
It’s not known if “Zuck” – a Harvard dropout – will train much more with Adesanya, though he has been offered to be coached by a wide variety of elite UFC fighters, including Jon Jones.
On the other hand, Musk has received similar offers from other high-profile mixed martial artists, such as Jorge Masvidal, Dominick Cruz, and Georges St-Pierre.
A confirmation and official date for the much-speculated fight between Musk and Zuckerberg have yet to be revealed.
Last week, Musk admitted he needed “much more training” after a few grueling sessions with St. Pierre, widely regarded as one of the greatest fighters in MMA history.
