The TOWIE star and actress, both 35, moved into their impressive home in October of last year.
They bought the house in October 2019 for £1.3 million and have been documenting the renovation process via Instagram.

It captured the modern dining room, complete with a round marble table and comfortable beige shearling chairs.
Above the table was an extravagant lamp made of gold tubes and delicate glass spheres.

The dining room was surrounded by wall-to-ceiling windows, letting in tons of natural light.
Other photos showed off the couples’ modern color scheme, opting for neutral shades of beige and cream throughout the home.
Mark photographed various pieces of sculpture, including two round urns, an intricate gold statue, and a carved figure of a woman.

The latest revelation comes after Mark’s father, Mark Wright Sr, shared a construction video of his home a few months ago showing off the beautiful exterior of the home and annex.
In the clip, Mark can be heard saying that his father was a project manager in construction.

New home: The latest reveal comes after Mark’s father, Mark Wright Sr, shared a video of his home being built a few months ago showing off the beautiful exterior of the home and annex.
He added: ‘He’s been working hard for the last year. You sure have made us proud. The roof is being done in the annex, the cameramen are on the roof, but this is what I like to see.
Due to various lockdowns and Covid-19 restrictions, construction came to a halt after they demolished a country house and began construction on a five-bedroom mansion with a bar, gym, granny’s annex, and outdoor pool.
Building experts have estimated that the demolition and rebuilding of the house cost around £3.5 million.

The couple got planning approval for the mammoth construction project in January 2020, and it took more than two years for the couple to move in.
They hosted their first Christmas at their house in December.
The former TOWIE star, 35, looked elegant in an all-black dress, while her fellow actress, also 35, showed off her enviable physique in a sleeveless, blue striped bodycon dress.
Bringing their dogs Pip and Phoebe for the shot, posted on Instagram by their sister Natalya, they were joined by family members, including Mark’s mother Carol and father Mark, as well as sister Jess and her husband William Lee. -Kemp.
After moving into their dream home in October, the couple went all out with their decorations, even putting them up early in late November.
