Exclusive images obtained by DailyMail.com show Fernandez dressed casually in maroon shorts and a tank top outside his brother Guillermo’s home in Orlando, Florida.

Back inside after a few bizarre moments during which he crouched low to the floor and shaved with an electric razor, Fernández, 33, would not go near the door.

Instead, he remained in the background to listen to repeated questions from DailyMail.com in response to the news that Henry Tenon, 61, has been charged with four counts in connection with the callous murder of Bridegan on February 16, 2022.

Tenon has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, accessory to capital felony, and felony child abuse with State Attorney Melissa Nelson stating categorically that authorities know he did not act alone.

DailyMail.com spotted Mario Fernández looking casual and shaving in the front yard of his brother’s home in Orlando, Florida on Friday.

But he made it clear he was not interested in discussing the arrest of his tenant Henry Tenon, 61, for the murder of Jared Bridegan, the ex-husband of his estranged wife Shanna.

While Fernandez remained in Florida, his estranged wife, mother of Bridegan’s two older children, moved to Washington state.

She has not commented on the news of Tenon’s arrest or the rumors of her split from Fernandez, but DailyMail.com has learned that they have been living apart since September last year.

The following month, he put his marital home in Jacksonville Beach, just minutes from where Bridegan was killed, up for sale. He took the property off the market in January.

Bridegan was shot at point-blank range as he was taking his usual route back to Saint Augustine and his wife Kirsten, who was home with their six-month-old daughter, London.

She had just dropped off her ten-year-old twins, Abbie and Liam, at her ex’s house after a ‘date night’, part of their controversial custody agreement following their 2016 divorce.

The agreement stated that they each had a week of parenting, a week off, and, on alternate weeks, the non-custodial parent had a regular Wednesday “date night” with the children.

A tire was left in the middle of a narrow section of road in the quiet residential enclave of Sanctuary, forcing Bridegan to get out of his Volkswagen Atlas to move it. Her daughter Bexley, then two years old, her first child with Kirsten, was tied to the vehicle when her father was ambushed and killed.

Bridegan was killed on February 16, 2022, while driving from Jacksonville Beach, Florida, to his home in St. Augustine, after dropping off his 10-year-old twin boys with their mother.

The Microsoft executive was found 2.2 miles from Shanna’s home after dropping off the children on February 16.

On Thursday, Kirsten, 31, spoke to DailyMail.com alongside her brother-in-law Adam Bridegan, 36, as they digested the most significant development yet in the investigation into Jared’s murder.

Kirsten had a message for anyone involved in the brutal murder of her husband Jared and still on the run: ‘Enjoy your freedom while you can.’

She said: ‘We were lucky, we were informed a bit in advance that someone had been arrested. it’s hard to describe [that moment]. Your stomach drops. You have a lot of questions. How did you find this person? What do they look like?’

Kirsten asked to see a photo of Tenon, a man she had never heard of, before the police held a press conference to announce the news yesterday.

The revelation that she had a connection to Fernandez is information that she and the rest of Bridegan’s family are still processing.

She said: ‘It’s disgusting because we know Mario and therefore the fact that Henry is connected to him. It’s pretty disgusting.

Kirsten has always been certain that whoever shot her husband, who was tricked out of his car on a quiet stretch of road by a tire left there as a trap, was not acting alone.

On Wednesday, State’s Attorney Melissa Nelson doubled down on that with the assertion that authorities know that Tenon was not a sole actor but a co-conspirator with another person or persons.
