Mariah Carey’s savage confrontation with Wendy Williams in 2003, in which the presenter accused her of having plastic surgery, has gone viral.
The pop icon, 54, was branded ‘the queen of shadows’ thanks to her catty responses to 59-year-old Williams’ persistent insistence that she had had breast implants and a nose job on a resurfaced 107.5 FM. interview.
In the interview, Williams stated, “You have breast implants, we don’t need to talk about that!”
Carey replied, “You know what Wendy, you with the triple d’s need to stop it now!
“We’re glad you had the lipo lunch and the breast implants, but leave me alone!”

Williams has always been open and honest about her use of surgery to maintain her youthful appearance — she once even called herself a “poster child for plastic surgery.”
The star got pregnant six months after giving birth to son Kevin Jr. a tummy tuck in 1999.
She has also admitted to having liposuction to tighten her stomach area, along with other surgeries including breast augmentation and implants, and a facelift, along with Botox and laser treatment to reduce scars.
Williams then said to Carey, “Did you get a nose job?” to which she replied, “Oh my god no, can we talk about your tummy tuck again?”
An unrepentant Williams said, “You look like the type that has implants!”
Carey joked, “Honey, you look like the type with implants, you look like Pamela Lee’s cousin!”
Carey has often denied having cosmetic procedures done on both her face and body.
Speaking about her noticeably slimmed-down figure in 2008, she instead said that her new physique is the result of diet and exercise.

Oh my: Williams would shade Carey again on The Wendy Williams Show in 2016, when she said she was “too vulnerable” for reality TV. She slammed her for her breakup with James Packer and said, “Mariah, I told you he wouldn’t marry you.”
She told Digital Spy at the time: ‘I know (people) are freaking out that I’ve had some crazy plastic surgery done, but… honestly, it’s working out and dieting. Look what I’m eating now: olives!’
She added, “It makes me angry that people think I had surgery because let’s discuss how annoying the dieting process was.”
But despite her recurring rebuttals, Mariah Carey was accused in 2019 of using her ex-assistant Lianna Shakhnazaryan’s AMEX card to pay for and conceal several cosmetic procedures.
DailyMail.com has exclusively obtained court documents in which Shakhnazaryan alleged that her former boss requested that credit cards in her name be used for surgical treatments.
One bill totaled $32,765 and included PLLA filler injections in the buttocks, a LipoFreeze fat-melting laser treatment for her upper breasts, and a firming ultrasound procedure for her neck and jawline.
A separate bill, paid using Shakhnazaryan’s own AMEX, totaled $7,915 and was for a vShape tightening radiofrequency treatment of the thighs.
Although Carey has previously denied having surgery, invoices indicate that at least six cosmetic procedures were paid for.
Additionally, Page Six reported in 2017 that Carey underwent a gastric sleeve procedure to lose weight.
A source told the outlet, “Mariah has always been proud of her curves, but this summer, as her Caesars Palace residency came to an end and she went on tour with Lionel Richie, she noticed it became harder to dance, and she noticed that it became more difficult to dance. received much more criticism from body shamers online.’
Lol: Carey later posted an Instagram video with Precious director Lee Daniels, in which she pretended to kick Daniels as he said, “I’m the b***h that’s vulnerable, okay?”

She hit her about her breakup with James Packer, saying, “Mariah, I told you he didn’t want to marry you. I told you your antics would make him sick.
She also told Entertainment Tonight that she wanted to send Carey “a box of cats.” Because with an attitude like that, no one will be left alone.’
Carey later posted an Instagram video with Precious director Lee Daniels, in which she pretended to kick Daniels as he said, “I’m the fragile bitch, okay?”
Carey captioned the post: ‘He’s the b***h who’s vulnerable! Don’t come get us unless we call you @wendyshow.’
