Mariah Carey wowed during the first performance of her Mariah Carey: The Celebration of Mimi Live residency, which took place Friday night at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
The 55-year-old singer cycled through a variety of outfits while belting out some of her hits as she kicked off the third Sin City residency of her career.
The hitmaker – who recently featured on a remixed version of an Ariana Grande song – was first spotted in a flowing gold dress that showed off her toned arms and legs as she performed for her fans.
Carey donned an elegant pale pink dress during a later part of her set.
The Fantasy singer then took off the bottom part of her dress before donning a sequin-covered varsity-style jacket.

The artist’s most recent major residency, titled The Butterfly Returns, began in 2018 and ended in 2020.
It was revealed that Carey would be coming back to Las Vegas for a third major residency this past February.

However, several songs not included on the record were included in the singer’s setlist People.
Carey’s makeup artist, Kristopher Buckle, recently spoke to the media and described the residency as “a celebration of Mariah’s music throughout her career.”
‘The production is slick, energetic and sexy. Mariah’s look “represents her now, but with nods to the different eras and iconic glam looks she is known for,” he added.
