Mariah Carey has not prioritized keeping up with her ex-husband, Nick Cannon’s, growing family of children and girlfriends.

The talented singer, 53, was married to the TV host from 2008 until their divorce was finalized in 2016. The exes share twins, Monroe and Moroccan.

The Masked Singer star recently welcomed a son this June with Bre Tiesi. Not long after, earlier this September, he welcomed daughter, Onyx, with LaNisha Cole, his ninth child in all.

A source close to the hitmaker We Belong Together opened up to: Us Weekly regarding Mariah’s involvement with Nick’s large family and the number of girlfriends.

“Mariah doesn’t keep track of Nick’s babies and baby moms,” the insider revealed to the publication. “There are too many to keep up with!”

However, the source stated that the star wanted the best for the comedian. “She’s happy for him and wishes him the best.”

Despite their divorce in 2014, followed by a divorce two years later, the stars are still working together to raise their 11-year-old twins.

“They still co-parent very well and have a great relationship as co-parents,” the source added. We weekly.

He also shares two children with Brittany Bell, who is also reportedly expecting their third child. He had a son, Zen, with Alyssa Scott, who died tragically of a brain tumor at five months old.

During an interview on the It’s hard with Raquel Harper podcast in May, Nick said that after his divorce from Mariah, he “wasn’t made to get married.”

Nick further explained on the podcast why he wouldn’t choose marriage again. “I’ve done my best in this space, and now I feel like there’s a new journey in my life.”

“I’m not going back and not putting myself in that situation again because it doesn’t get any better than that,” he added.

While he doesn’t feel like a marriage is in the future, he did say that his past relationship with Mariah and their marriage was “one of the best experiences.”

After getting married in 2008, the couple broke up in 2014. That same year, Nick filed for divorce, which was finalized two years later in 2016.

Since her divorce from Nick, the Always Be My Baby singer has had a long-term relationship with dancer and choreographer Bryan Tanaka.

The talented singer recently released an expanded version of her 1997 hit album, Butterfly, earlier this month in September, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the album’s first release.
