Maria Sharapova cut a stylish figure in white blazer as she attends the F1 Grand Prix in Monte-Carlo

Former Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova looked stylish as she attended the F1 Grand Prix at Circuit de Monaco in Monte-Carlo on Sunday.

The tennis player, 36, looked glowing as she stunned in a white oversized blazer and jeans before the event.

The Russian athlete flashed a white semi-sheer top under the stylish jacket — and kept her locks in waves in a high ponytail.

The sports personality rocked dainty emerald earrings and a watch.

Maria flaunted her looks as she donned a flawless makeup palette with subtle eyeliner and finished off with a bold red lipstick.

The stunner was captured posing for a few snaps next to Sergio Perez and Oracle Red Bull Racing’s car in the garage.

Maria also put on a smitten display as she beamed alongside her fiancé and British businessman Alexander Gilkes, 43.

The five-time Grand Slam champion announced her engagement to Alexander last year – after the pair went public in 2018 – as they also share son Theodore, one.

The tennis star appeared in high spirits as she was captured in the company of Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner, PSG football star Neymar, British actor Archie Madekwe and Hollywood star Orlando Bloom.

Maria also posed for the camera with the star-studded group while Stranger Things actor David Harbor also competed.

Former Victoria’s Secret angel Sara Sampaio was also present at the event.

Former Wimbledon champion Maria rose to fame when she defeated top seed and defending champion Serena Williams on Center Court at the age of 17 in 2004, winning her first Grand Slam at just 17 and becoming known for her signature long blonde hair.

But after retiring in 2020, Maria has favored a more natural look and after the former player shared a recent photo on her Instagram page, a number of fans agreed, following a double-shot.

Change: It comes after Maria looked almost unrecognizable during her playing days as she basked in the sun on a balcony in Miami earlier this month

During her legendary time on court, she became the first Russian player to complete the career Grand Slam after victories in Melbourne, New York, Paris and London and the third-youngest woman to triumph at Wimbledon.

But her career was marred by a failed drug test in 2016, which saw Maria suspended for two years after she was found to have taken meldonium, a drug banned at the beginning of that year, ahead of the Australian Open.

Her suspension was later reduced to 15 months after she was found to have taken the drug as per her doctor’s advice, and Sharapova returned to competition in April 2017, winning the Tianjin Open seven months later.

After struggling with chronic shoulder issues for several years, she announced her retirement in 2020, sharing an emotional farewell message with her followers that spoke of her deep connection to the game.

“How do you leave the only life you’ve ever known?” she wrote.

How do you walk away from the courts you’ve trained on since you were a little girl, the game you love – a game that brought you untold tears and unspeakable joys – a sport where you raised a family, along with fans who collected behind you for more than 28 years?

“I’m new here, so please forgive me. Tennis – I say goodbye.’

The tennis star is committed to parenthood and to her investment portfolio, which includes interests in sports brands such as UFC and wellness technology company Therabody.
