The 33-year-old singer, who took part in a tribute to Elton John and Bernie Taupin at the Gershwin Prize awards, chose a floral print for her appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The Girl singer arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater in a curve-hugging sheer green and black floral halter dress.

David Koma’s flirty dress featured a high-low hem with a train at the back.

The CMA award winner wore a pair of high-heeled gladiator sandals, with the black leather laces tied around her calves.

Her brown hair was styled in loose waves and she wore camera-ready makeup with a neutral lip.

The Craving You artist modeled the look on social media, writing, “flowers? for spring. groundbreaking.’

The artist has been promoting her new children’s book, Addie Ant Goes on an Adventure, which was published on Tuesday.

The hitmaker co-wrote the story with her best friend, Karina Argow, a former English teacher.

The idea came from the songwriter’s experience reading to her son Hayes, four, whom she shares with ex-husband Ryan Hurd, 37.

The singer and songwriter has been promoting her new children’s book, Addie Ant Goes on an Adventure, which she co-wrote with her best friend. The book was available in bookstores on Tuesday, April 9

“I’ve always wanted to do some kind of children’s book or children’s album, and then Karina says, ‘Well, I have a whole bunch of characters in my head, because I garden all the time and I just create insects in my head.’ head,” and I thought, “Well, that’s half the battle,” she explained of the process CBS morning.

Once she finishes promoting her book, Morris must prepare to hit the road.

She will be traveling across North America throughout the summer on her RSVP Redux Tour.

The concerts will take place in smaller, more intimate settings, starting on May 29 in San Francisco and continuing through September 13 in New Glasgow, Canada.
