Marcus Rashford has shared footage of himself training as his future at Manchester United hangs in the balance.

Rashford, 27, admitted in an impressive interview last month that he is ready to leave his boyhood club, and has not played under Ruben Amorim since.

The England international has made just one matchday squad in the past month and has now been linked with a possible move abroad, with AC Milan, Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund among the clubs interested in signing him.

He has spent his entire career at United but has struggled in the past two years and was out of favor with new head coach Amorim before being asked to leave.

Dortmund are making a concerted effort to beat rivals AC Milan and Barcelona with Rashford’s signature. More talks are planned this week, but the Bundesliga has a good relationship with Manchester United and wants to structure a deal based on the model used for Jadon Sancho last year. season.

And on Tuesday evening, Rashford shared footage on social media showing the forward training on an exercise bike.

Taking to his Instagram Story to share with his 17 million followers on the platform, Rashford wore a gray jacket with his hood up.

He wore Nike shorts, white socks and blue sneakers and pedaled on an exercise bike for a few seconds.

AC Milan advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic recently confirmed his side’s attempts to sign Rashford, saying: ‘I know Marcus well, I played with him when he was young. It’s not an easy operation, but we haven’t spoken to him yet. We’ll see if we can talk to him.

However, the club will have to make a decision on which England star they want to bring in, due to some Serie A registration rules, after also registering their interest in Kyle Walker.

The club has only one spot left in the squad for a British player due to a post-Brexit regulation change.

Restrictions say Italian teams will only be allowed to bring in two non-EU team members each year, with one bonus English or Albanian ace allowed.

Milan signed Serbian international Strahinja Pavlovic and Brazilian star Emerson Royal last summer to fill their two non-EU slots.

Rashford has not featured in any of United’s last seven games, a run that began when he was left out of the squad for his side’s 2-1 win against Manchester City on December 15.

However, Milan can only sign one English player and are interested in a deal for Kyle Walker

Two days later he spoke to journalist Henry Winter and revealed his desire for a new challenge away from United.

Rashford has since been frozen out while negotiations over a possible move are underway.

He is unlikely to be involved again on Thursday when United host Southampton in the Premier League.
