Marcus Rashford has fans concerned after posting a cryptic message on Instagram just days before the Carabao Cup final.
The striker was substituted in the second half of Manchester United’s Europa League game against Barcelona on Thursday after another impressive performance.
The withdrawal appeared to be a regular change for manager Erik ten Hag, but footage showed the Dutch manager asking Rashford how he was feeling moments before leaving.

The striker was injured in the first half but played most of the game
He impressed once again in what is proving to be the best season of his career so far.
Rashford went down in the first half with what appeared to be a knock, but continued after treatment and returned for the second half.
He didn’t appear to be in much pain for the rest of the game, but he didn’t seem surprised when his number dropped with two minutes to go and he was replaced by Scott McTominay.
It’s possible the injury was just a cramp, and the treatment he was receiving was synonymous with the problem, but the extent of any possible injury has yet to be determined.
Erik ten Hag said United would be forced to wait for Rashford’s fitness before Sunday’s final.
“I don’t know, the players are coming in now, we have to do investigations, medical, of course, we did it immediately after the game, but most of the time you have to wait for a 100 percent diagnosis,” he said on Friday. ‘So let’s do the medical, work, we have to wait.’
Rashford has been in the best form of his life this season, scoring 24 times for United in all competitions, including 14 times in the Premier League.
