One of the hottest estates in the Hamptons – previously rented out by the likes of Beyoncé and Justin Bieber – is back on the market for $37 million after a $13 million price cut.
The mansion at 612 Halsey Lane, known as Sandcastle, was once for sale for $50 million.
Set on extensive grounds of 12 hectares, it features a total of 16 bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms spread over the main residence and the charming pool house.
It’s one of a number of impressive properties in Bridgehampton, an upscale hamlet on Long Island where the median home price is estimated at just under $4 million.
An A-list of celebrities have stayed at the Sandcastle, including Madonna, Justin Bieber and musical power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z, whose daughter Blue Ivy spent her first summer there.

Madonna stayed in the house for five days in the summer of 2015.
And Justin Bieber – who once played piano for the property developer’s own children – tried to rent the house while he was on tour in 2016, but Farrell declined, as his family used it as their primary residence.
Instead, the developer loaned him another mansion for free. Bieber also spent a weekend in Sandcastle in 2017.

Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick have two Victorians located across the street from each other.
Last year, Parker listed her 1940s cottage on Booking.com to offer one lucky few fans a glamorous weekend away.
