A man has been rushed to hospital in serious condition after being repeatedly stabbed on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Emergency services rushed to Malvern Avenue in Manly after reports that a man had been stabbed at 2:45am on Monday.

Police discovered a man in his 20s with multiple stab wounds, mainly to his chest, shoulder and left arm.

The man was rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital (pictured) after the stabbing

The man was quickly transported to the Royal North Shore Hospital. He is currently in a serious but stable condition.

Police interviewed street and apartment building witnesses throughout the night to gather more information about the incident.

Police cordoned off a crime scene where the man was stabbed.
