The former flames met on the set of Mandy’s film How To Deal, and the singer credited her mom for helping set it up.

“About the last three weeks of the film, I meet a man who just steals my heart. I am so happy and in love with him. I owe that to my mother,” she said in the talk show The Early Show In style.

Andy married model Brooklyn Decker in 2009 and they share son Hank, seven, and daughter Stevie, five.

The couple became connected after Andy had his attorney contact her agent. According to GQ, Brooklyn thought the move was “dark.”

“All I want to say in my defense,” he said, “is that I didn’t do it all the time. The firing of the shot was a one-off.”

Several months later, they finally had their first date and talked on the phone for weeks before finally meeting in person in New York.

“We had breakfast the next morning,” Brooklyn said. “We didn’t spend the night together.”

The tennis pro popped the question to Brooklyn in their Indian Wells hotel room when he was 25 and she was 20.

Mandy married her first husband, former Whiskeytown singer Ryan Adams, in 2008 before their divorce was finalized in 2016.
