Antony has been booked for a hasty foul by Alexis Mac Allister in the Manchester United vs Brighton game.
After feeling his side had been knocked out from a free-kick, the Brazilian winger took his anger out with a punch to Mac Allister’s shin.
Lewis Dunk confronted Antony after the foul, and the pair squared off and clashed the boxes. Both players received a yellow card after the incident.
Alan Smith labeled the United man on Sky after the tackle a ‘silly boy’, whom he called ‘stupid’.
“He decides to vent his frustration with a wave, dunce. If it had been higher, it would have been red,” he added.
The commentator also thought Dunk was ‘unlucky’ with a yellow card, as he ‘stood up for his team-mate’.
Mac Allister had the last laugh as he scored from the spot in the ninth minute of second half stoppage time to win the game 1–0 for the hosts.
The victory lifts Roberto de Zerbi’s side to sixth place, four points clear of Liverpool, which has played two fewer games.
