Manchester United striker Charlie McNeill is in talks to join League Two side Newport County on loan.

The 19-year-old is not the only United youngster who could play for the first team elsewhere, as centre-back Di’Shon Bernard is discussing a move to League One side Portsmouth.

It comes after the Red Devils agreed a deal with Cardiff for 16-year-old Gabriele Biancheri, with the highly-qualified youngster to sign a school contract after completing a medical at the weekend.
