Manchester United will begin preparations for next season against Norwegian side Rosenborg in Trondheim, the club has announced.
The match at Rosenborg’s Lerkendal Stadium on July 15 will be the first meeting between the two clubs in more than 30 years.
United have already announced a friendly against Glasgow Rangers in Edinburgh, as well as a US tour that will see them play Arsenal in Los Angeles, Real Betis in San Diego and Liverpool in South Carolina.
