Man City are expecting an amazing £300M windfall if they secure the historic Treble this season… as Pep Guardiola’s players take a step closer to the Champions League final after a decisive game against Real Madrid
- As the season draws to a close, Guardiola’s side moves inches closer to a historic payday
- Most of their prize money comes from winning the Premier League
- With four games to play, City are top of the table ahead of second-placed Arsenal
Manchester City are reportedly set to receive nearly £300 million in prize money if they achieve their historic Treble.
City’s pursuit of this rare feat is gaining momentum as the season draws to a close and they have struck at an ideal time.
Pep Guardiola’s side are at the top of the Premier League, one point clear of Arsenal with four games to play. They also have a game credit against the Gunners.
Their Champions League ambitions were boosted after a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in the first leg of their semi-final and they have home field advantage in the return next week.
City are also favorites to lift the FA Cup as they will face their crosstown rivals Man United in the final.

According to The sunCity will get a huge windfall if they match United’s 1999 Treble.
Their fifth Premier League title in six years would earn the club around £164 million, as they did last season, with a win at Wembley set to net them a further £3.9 million.
City’s first-ever Champions League win would be equally lucrative, with this year’s winner taking home around £117.2 million – including league-wide winnings.
This would take their total prize money this season to a massive £285.1 million.
But a successful Champions League run could lead to even greater riches with a victory in Istanbul on June 10 to secure City a spot in the revamped 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The prize money up for grabs for the winners of the tournament will be nearly £50 million.
The lion’s share of City’s Champions League prize was earned during their group stage performances, earning them £69.6 million, with a further £20.37 million coming through the round of 16 and the quarter-finals.
Victory in the semi-finals and final would net the side bench £9.6 million and £17.63 million respectively.
City are in great form in the Premier League as the season draws to a close
The team’s first order of business – ahead of the June cup final – is to conquer the league, where they need just nine points from their last four Premier League games to claim a third title in a row.
Opponents Everton, Chelsea, Brentford and Brighton will no doubt be wary of City’s sweltering league form, which has seen them win all of their last 10 games.
The title holders have not lost in the premier league since February 5, when they were defeated at Tottenham Hotspur.
City trips to Everton and Arsenal will receive Brighton in the next round on Sunday.
