Manchester City players had to be escorted off the Etihad pitch on Sunday after their win over Chelsea.
Pep Guardiola’s side secured a 1-0 victory over the Blues, having already won the Premier League title following Arsenal’s loss to Nottingham Forest.
Thousands of fans poured onto the pitch in celebration and several players, including Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne, had to flee for safety reasons.
