The father of Manchester City assistant manager Enzo Maresca, Pasquale, has been found after being reported missing following the English side’s Champions League final victory last night.
After beating Inter Milan 1-0, City fans, players and staff celebrated victory in Istanbul, but according to reports from Corriere dello Sport his father had disappeared worryingly.
The Turkish police were notified and were working to find Mr. Maresca, but have since been found and according to Gazetta Dello Sport ‘is good’ after the scare.
Maresca, who is according to the Scottish sunassociated with the vacant Celtic has worked as assistant manager to Pep Guardiola since July last season and has also worked as assistant head coach at West Ham under Manuel Pellegrini and David Moyes.
City captured the historic treble at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium last night, where Rodri scored the only goal of the game, and the celebration continued into the night after the game.

His father had flown to Istanbul to watch the match in the days leading up to the final, according to Gazetta.
Currently, there are no details on how he disappeared after being present at the match.
Gazetta reported that it was “a worrying period after Mr. Maresca’s traces were lost.”
