Manchester United star Antony is reportedly facing new domestic violence allegations against his ex-wife, this time in England.
Brazilian publication UOL report that legal representatives for Gabriela Cavallin, a prominent DJ and influencer who has since separated from the footballer, are preparing to press charges against the player in England, where he now resides.
It is alleged that Cavallin, who filed a report on similar allegations against Antony in Brazil in June, was subjected to aggression and threats while living in Manchester.
UOL claims they have seen a 70-page document from Cavallin’s representatives, which contains evidence of Antony’s alleged abusive behavior and aggression toward the DJ.
The Brazilian report quotes Cavallin’s lawyer, Vanessa Souza, as claiming that the Manchester United player could face as many as three different crimes in England.

“Sending threats, locking her in the house and domestic violence – involving moving the breast prosthesis and injuring the fingers – are classified as three different crimes in England,” Souza told UOL.
She added: ‘I have been approached through Gabriela’s lawyers in Brazil to represent her interests with the Crown Prosecutor Service (prosecutors of England) and Manchester Police.
“I contacted the legal sector on Antony’s team and they were surprised. They have great respect for these British authorities and treat it very seriously.’
Cavallin still claims to have trouble sleeping due to the footballer’s alleged behavior.
Antony remains under investigation in Brazil.
In June, Antony spoke out for the first time since Cavallin accused him of domestic violence and threats.
Cavallin first filed a police report in Brazil that same month for ‘domestic violence, threats and bodily harm’ against the winger.
She made further accusations in a television interview Record TVShe said she struggled to breathe after “he grabbed me by both arms, threw me on the bed and fell on top of me.”
Antony posted a statement in Portuguese on Instagram in June emphasizing his innocence
Cavallin said she needed stitches in the inner part of her chest after the incident. Cavallin also claimed that Antony would not allow her to leave their home.
The player later responded with a statement on his Instagram account, saying he had been “falsely accused” and had “suffered in silence” as the investigation continued.
He wrote: “For you, after submitting my statement at the police station where the investigation of my name is being conducted, I wanted to speak publicly for the first time since being falsely accused of assault.
“I kept silent until this moment so that nothing could interfere with the investigative process, but all these days my family and I suffered in silence.
“Despite being born and raised in a very needy community, I have never experienced a situation like this, where a false charge resulted in a tentative and unfair public judgment by some.
“After the conclusion of the investigation, my innocence will surely be proven and justice will prevail. The initial damage to my image is a thing of the past.
“Thank you for the countless messages of support we have received during this very difficult time.”
United, who took over Antony from Dutch club Ajax for £87 million last year, declined to comment on the allegations earlier, but would investigate the matter.
