Manchester United are reportedly willing to listen to offers for Marcus Rashford in January.
Rashford, 27, has scored 138 goals for United since joining the team as an 18-year-old in 2016, but after a stunning season in 2022-23 he has since failed to repeat that form.
The striker scored 30 times during that memorable season and shortly afterwards agreed a new five-year contract worth a reported £325,000 per week.
However, he managed just eight goals in the 2023/2024 season in a season marred by disciplinary problems, and Rashford has scored four Premier League goals this time around.
The 27-year-old has shown signs of returning to his best since Ruben Amorim took over, but has failed to secure a regular starting place under the Portuguese, who has continued to rotate his squad.
And according to Sky Sports GermanyUnited are open to selling their academy product.

Rashford has scored three times in two Premier League starts under Ruben Amorim
The report claims that while the club recognizes Rashford’s improvements under Amorim – who has seen him score three goals in two Premier League starts – he is not seen as an unsellable asset.
The club are said to be open to offers for the forward in January, while they may also look to make a move for Rashford in the summer.
It is believed that Rashford’s salary, where he is one of the club’s highest earners, means that if he were to leave it would help United’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) situation.
This would then give the Red Devils more room to maneuver in the transfer market, especially since Rashford is still under contract until the summer of 2028.
The FFP consideration takes on particular relevance at a time when co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is undergoing cost-cutting measures at the club, while United also paid around £15 million in compensation to sack former boss Erik ten Hag.
Meanwhile, the cost of hiring Amorim and his coaching staff was believed to be around £10.6 million.
Rashford, who also scored 17 times in 60 England caps, has similarly been left out of the Three Lions list in recent times.
The 27-year-old was a key figure under Gareth Southgate but was not selected for the Euros this summer and has been out of the England squad since March.

His struggle for form last season was also marred by some disciplinary issues and came at a time when United were struggling under Ten Hag.
Rashford was heavily criticized in November 2023 when he went to a nightclub following United’s 3-0 derby defeat to Man City, while he faced further criticism after calling in sick for training after starting a 12-hour ‘ tequila-fuelled bender’ in Belfast. in January.
The forward still has a lot to give – as evidenced by his recent form – and speaking in February, he opened up about his struggles and hit back at the criticism he had received.
“Listen, I’m not a perfect person,” Rashford wrote in an article published in the Players Tribune. “If I make a mistake, I’ll be the first to raise my hand and say I need to do better.
‘But if you ever question my commitment to Man United, then I have to say so.
“It’s like someone is questioning my entire identity and everything I stand for. I grew up here.
‘I’ve been playing for this club since I was a boy. My family turned down life-changing money when I was little so I could wear this badge.”
Rashford is back in action on Thursday when United travel to Czech side Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League.
