A man is fighting for his life after being allegedly stabbed on a train.
Victoria Police are investigating an incident on a train travelling to Huntingdale train station in Melbourne’s south-east at around 6.45pm on Thursday.
A group of four men reportedly got into an argument with other people on the train after one of the passengers was attacked.
The man suffered cuts to his upper body and was rushed to hospital.
He is still in critical condition, Herald Sun defeated.

The four men on the train are said to have fled on foot.
A number of train services were reportedly cancelled following the alleged stabbing due to a ‘police request’ in the Huntingdale area.
Metro Trains reported long delays on the Cranbourne and Pakenham lines, with buses replacing trains between Caulfield and Westall.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
