Man shows off tiny one-bedroom home he bought on AMAZON for just $27,000 – revealing it took five men just 27 minutes to put together
A man took people to a house he bought from Amazon after it was delivered to his home.
Last month, Jeff Bryant, 23, of Los Angeles, decided to buy a one-bedroom prefabricated mini-house for just under $27,000 through the online marketplace.
“B**ch, I didn’t even think about it, I just did it!” he admitted in an initial TikTok video about the purchase.
“I don’t even know where to put the house!”

On January 29, the house arrived at a temporary storage location at 8 a.m
In one of his video captions, Jeff described the installation process: “5 guys and 27 minutes later… IT’S HERE.”
“I haven’t bought the land yet, I wanted to see how big it is.”
Once he found a permanent location, he added that the Amazon team would tear it down, transport it and rebuild it.
He said he paid $750 for the temporary storage situation, and that he would be charged $150 for each additional week he left it there.
Jeff also gave a shout out to an Amazon specialist named Karina, who he revealed followed him on TikTok and “said she loved me.”
So Karina gave Jeff a few free upgrades, including a different color exterior, larger square footage, and some free furniture, including two couches.
“So, meh! Kisses to you, Karina!’ the new homeowner said appreciatively.
Jeff then walked all the way around the house showing off several windows and the exterior hardware that supported the interior plumbing.
According to an estimate based on Jeff’s TikTok, the house appeared to be about 600 square feet, with low ceilings.
After walking around the outside of the house, Jeff ventured inside
Just inside the main entrance was a living room, adjacent to the kitchen
He was greeted with a few pieces of furniture that an Amazon specialist had thrown in for free
The kitchen, with built-in cabinets, was still wrapped in plastic wrap as Jeff gave a tour
Jeff said he “liked” the bathroom (left) overall. In the photo on the right you can see a glimpse of the shower
The bathroom also had a medicine cabinet with mirror above the sink
Jeff’s only comment about the bathroom was a drain in the floor, between the toilet and the sink
In the bedroom there was a second sofa (photo) that he had received for free, in light pink
As he went inside, Jeff showed one of the couches Karina had given him, along with the living room furniture.
Connected to the living room was a cozy kitchen, still wrapped in plastic wrap.
Jeff then showed the compact bathroom, which contained a toilet, sink and shower, as well as a medicine cabinet with mirror over the sink.
“I like the bathroom, but I don’t like that,” Jeff added, focusing on a drain in the middle of the floor, between the toilet and the sink.
“Everything looks like plastic-fake marble,” he noted.
Speaking more generally, he further noted, “The ceilings are really low, y’all, I’m not gonna lie.”
“I’m 6 feet tall – the ceilings aren’t too high,” he emphasized, stretching out his hand to show he could easily touch the ceiling with an outstretched arm.
He then showed the other couch that Karina had gifted him, which was light pink.
“Listen, Karina, I don’t know if you’re trying to be a dark sister…but pink?” Jeff joked.
Viewers flooded the comments to applaud Jeff for becoming a homeowner
In a follow-up updateJeff revealed that he planned to convert the mini-house into an Airbnb rental.
“I’m not going to live here,” he clarified.
‘About the electricity, the plumbing and so on, I took care of all that. I just want to get the permits in place first, move everything and locate everything.’
Jeff also admitted that he would not keep the two open benches.
‘I do not like them. I actually hate them,” he admitted.
The homeowner then explained that he would have the walls drywalled.
Viewers flooded the comments section of the reveal video with praise for Jeff’s new home.
“I got my house from Amazon, you guys will forever have the best conversation starter,” one person applauded.
“The house is here” is a wild statement,” joked a second.
‘You are officially a homeowner. Congratulations,” a third cheered.
“I can’t lie I would buy land and buy it for my daughters so they could have their own space and slowly release them into the real world,” a fourth mused.
A fifth shared an even more idealistic proposal, based on the idea: “People are joking in these comments, but with a group of people you could get land and build a sustainable community.”
Bryan later thought about the big purchase Newsweek.
“I bought this house because I thought it was different and not many people bought this, especially young people,” he said.
“When they get a lot of money, they tend to do crazy things with their money.”
