A man who underwent a 40-minute penis enlargement operation has revealed what his manhood now looks like.
Ale Siewert, 33, from Brazil, who is 2 meters tall, is delighted with the results of the procedure, which has increased the length and girth of his penis, according to local media reports.

It is believed that the doctor enhances the patient’s penis by injecting body fat or special fillers to enlarge the penis.

Clinics that specialize in such procedures often offer a menu of treatments from which men seeking a larger package can choose.
One option, called the Penuma implant, is a silicone structure that is surgically inserted into the penis, similar to some breast implants.
Other treatments include cutting an internal ligament in the groin area to make the penis appear longer, while others inject substances like collagen gel and hyaluronic acid to make their penis thicker.
Industry experts saw a boom in post-pandemic penis enlargement surgeries that they say are linked to increased porn consumption and WFH policies that allow patients to recover peacefully at home.
However, experts say Penuma implants can have dangerous side effects. One surgeon warned that they can become infected and kill the skin around the penis.
Professor Amr Raheem from International Andrology said: ‘In severe cases of infection there may be necrosis or death of the skin of the penis covering the implant.
‘This is a serious complication that requires immediate attention and will likely require removal of the implant to control the infection and prevent further tissue damage.’
He added that those seeking a longer penis via the implant could, ironically, suffer the opposite fate – depending on how it heals.
This is called retraction, where the tissue around the penis contracts while scarring occurs during the healing process from the incision.

Penuma implants are the only penile implant surgeries approved by the FDA and are only available in the US.
A spokesperson for Penuma clinics told MailOnline that, as with any cosmetic procedure, penis enhancement carried ‘potential risks and rare complications’.
However, they added that thousands of men had used implants to ‘regain their confidence in and out of the bedroom’.
