Last August, a woman’s dog died after a vicious attack by a homeless man in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park.
Jessica Chrustic and her Golden Retriever mix were attacked by the emotionally disturbed man with a staff in Prospect Park.
Her dog, Moose, later died of his injuries.
And in 2021, a dog named Bandit was stabbed in Brooklyn in Fort Greene Park after Bandit approached the stabbing dog during off-leash hours.
