Man plunges 50ft between floors inside Trump Tower in New York City
A man has plunged 50 feet into Trump Tower in New York, in front of shocked visitors lunching in the foot area.
The man fell from one floor to the next on Thursday afternoon in the atrium, which is open to the public, the New York Fire Department said.
The man was behaving strangely before suddenly plunging from a balcony. It is unclear whether he jumped or accidentally fell.

He was found unconscious with serious injuries and rushed to New York Presbyterian-Cornell, the FDNY said.
Police are investigating at the scene, but it was not believed to be a criminal matter or have anything to do with former President Donald Trump.
The man fell hours after Chicago’s Trump Tower was destroyed by rocks thrown against its windows in an unrelated event.
