Man makes horrifying discovery inside his burrito ordered at Wisconsin restaurant: ‘I could not believe my eyes’

A man made a gruesome discovery in his burrito at a popular Wisconsin restaurant that has since temporarily closed its doors.

Scott Siewert reported finding a razor blade in one of his burritos at a Qdoba on Brady Street in Milwaukee on Halloween 2023.

The Mexican fast-casual franchise shut down months after Siewert found the shocking ingredient in a pork burrito.

“I put my hand in my mouth and pulled out this razor blade. And I couldn’t believe my eyes,” Siewert said WISN.

It soon reopened, but on Tuesday the Milwaukee Common Council voted to close the store for 10 days after its license renewal expired.

Siewert bought two pork burritos that day, one of which he ate at the store as “delicious,” while he took the other with him to enjoy at home. There he found the sharp knife in the filled tortilla.

‘You hear stories about Halloween with apples with razor blades in them. “I never dreamed I would eat a burrito with a razor in it,” he said.

When he discovered the razor blade, Siewert quickly called the Milwaukee Health Department, who quickly investigated the incident.

The department returned to the store and compared Siewert’s find to a pocket knife used at the location and determined that the unexpected ingredient came from there.

The disturbed customer also emailed the store to report the razor, and days later they offered him “two free meals” as compensation.

Siewert wishes more had been done to rectify the terrible experience.

Siewert said he bought two pork burritos that day and the one he ate at the store was “delicious,” but he later found the scary object in the other one when he got home.

“You know, as an owner, I would have personally called everyone and talked to them and explained how sorry I was. And find a way to make it right,” he explained.

During the council meeting, the store’s owner said the incident was “serious” and that the store has opted to now use scissors to open bags, instead of the cutting tool.

Siewert said he was just glad he didn’t swallow the razor that day.

‘Employees sometimes make mistakes. OK. That’s the world we live in. It happened to me,” he said.

“And I will never be able to eat at another Qdoba again.”

The location’s website states that it is ‘temporarily closed’, but the location will reopen on June 21. DailyMail.com contacted Qdoba for comment.

Another customer made a disgusting discovery during her meal at another popular Mexican fast food restaurant.

Nicolle Saba’s sister found what appeared to be a giant dead insect in her Chipotle burrito in April

Nicolle Saba posted a TikTok of the shocking discovery on April 19 after ordering a burrito at Chipotle.

Saba had initially purchased the item for her sister, who found what looked like a dead insect in it.

The TikToker angrily zoomed in to show off the hideous find her sister spat out as she munched on her meal.

‘I’m disgusted. I won’t be eating at Chipotle again,” Saba wrote in her video description.

She continued to zoom in on the insect during her tirade, repeatedly shouting ‘that’s not a bean’.

“These are the companies we trust to make our food with insects in it,” said Saba, who added that viewers should “look at the legs.”
