The post was titled: ‘My co-worker kept stealing my lunch, so I made them a “special” meal.’
He explained: I noticed my lunch mysteriously disappearing from the refrigerator at work at least once or twice a week, and it didn’t take long to figure out it was the same coworker. I casually confronted them about it, but they laughed it off and said, “Oh, I thought it was extra!”
The Reddit user then revealed that he decided to take action to ensure his food would never be taken again.
“I decided that if they wanted to ‘borrow’ my food, I would let them do it… but with a twist,” he said.
‘The next day I packed a delicious sandwich, topped with extra hot ghost pepper sauce and a generous layer of wasabi.
“I made sure to wrap it in my usual packaging, complete with my name on it.”
Fortunately, the man’s plan worked perfectly, because when it was lunch time, he saw karma hit his colleague.
He added, “Sure enough, lunch rolls around, and I’m watching them from across the room as they open my lunch, take a big bite — and then immediately start coughing and chugging water.
