Rich people have problems too, even if they’re ordinary people we’d only encounter in our wildest dreams.
Explosive arguments over parking spaces have taken a nautical turn in a viral TikTok video, which shows a man accusing another yacht owner of ‘stealing his girls’ – by parking his vessel on his spot.
In a 26-second clip shared by @theeuropeankida TikTok account that posts videos showing the glamorous behavior of rich and entitled European youth, the men are seen in a frenzied scramble for a berth in Miami.
The video has been viewed more than 1.4 million times since it was posted on September 11 and shows an angry shirtless man making a beeline for the offending yacht, shouting as he does so.
The video begins with the shirtless young European man frantically walking along a Miami bank towards the offending yacht
The shirtless man, pictured, starts yelling angrily at another yacht owner sitting on his boat, saying he is in “his” space.
As he walks – dressed in light blue shorts and holding his black T-shirt in one hand – he can be heard shouting at the yacht’s passenger, who is sitting on a sofa and looking very relaxed.
“You think you’re a big boss because you own a boat?” the shirtless man rages. ‘Huh? And you came on my boat and try to take my girls, my yacht?’
He throws up his arms in disgust as the man lying on his yacht looks on and seems pleased.
“Go park the boat somewhere else alright,” he shouts. “I don’t want to see your face in this bank.”
He then declared: ‘This is my parking spot for my boat.’
The yacht owner is then seen rising from the lounge, walking towards the tracks as the shirtless man continues to rant.
“If I see you approaching, try to steal my girls again. I’m calling security, he warned.
The second man then leans over the rails of his yacht, telling the shirtless man: ‘My friend, you better watch yourself.’
The explosive – and now viral – fight was caught on camera in Miami, with the shirtless man declaring: “This is my parking spot for my boat.”
He yelled at the other yacht owner (pictured) for parking in the spot he claims he usually parks his vessel
The man occupying the boat warned the shirtless man to ‘watch yourself’ as he continued to scream
However, the shirtless man continues to frantically yell at the other yacht owner as he stands on the dock.
TikTok users were divided on how ‘real’ the argument was, with some speculating that it was staged
This only seemed to anger him further, with the shirtless man angrily pointing at the yacht and saying: ‘I’m not your friend, I’m not your friend.’
The clip stops there, so it’s unclear who won the battle of yacht parking spots.
The shirtless man appears to be Louis, who is said to be the French son of a billionaire and appears in most of the account’s videos.
It is not known if the account is just satire or real, with some viewers saying they are skits in the comments.
The account’s Instagram bio reads, ‘Rich kid Comedy’, but many speculate that he really is as rich as he seems – but simply enjoys poking fun at the extremely wealthy and their (and their offspring’s) behaviour. .
However, commenters have enjoyed the video, with thousands of people commenting on the clip.
“Rich people argue differently,” laughed one user.
“This is the kind of argument I wish I had when I grew up,” said another.
“I thought the grocery store parking lot was bad,” added a third person.
Isn’t it up to the “girls” where they go? someone else wrote, adding: ‘Hilarious.’
Others questioned the legitimacy of the video.
“Worst acting ever,” wrote one user, while another agreed that it seemed “so fake.”
