Man fighting for life following a stabbing incident in Fairfield Heights, Sydney
A man is in hospital fighting for his life after being seriously injured in a suspected stabbing in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services rushed to The Boulevarde in Fairfield Heights around 7:45 p.m. Sunday after reports of an attack at an event center.
The 45-year-old man suffered stab wounds to his shoulder and back and was treated at the scene by ambulance personnel.

He was rushed to hospital for further treatment. His condition is critical but stable.
Police have cordoned off a crime scene and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
