A man was killed in an alleged road rage incident in a Sydney suburb on Thursday morning.
Police were called to Jersey Road, Blackett, after reports a pedestrian had been hit by a car.
Officers arrived to find that a 27-year-old man had been struck by a utility vehicle before fleeing the scene.
The 27-year-old, who was wearing high-visibility clothing, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics but died at the scene.
Police have cordoned off a crime scene and detectives have launched an investigation into the incident.

As the investigation continues, police hope to speak with the utility driver who was seen in the area at the time of the incident.
The vehicle is described as a white utility with a metal box, a black hood and a black toolbox with metal racks on it.
Police are urging anyone with dashcam footage, CCTV footage or information about the crash to call Mt Druitt Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
