An arrest has been made following the mysterious death of a man left with serious injuries outside a Melbourne hospital.
Police rushed to the scene on Sunday after a man was dropped off at Casey Hospital in Berwick, Melbourne’s southwest, around 7:30am.
The man suffered life-threatening injuries and neither he nor the person who left him has been identified.

Police said on Sunday they have arrested a man in connection with the incident
Doctors treated the man on the spot but he died soon after.
Victoria Police confirmed on Sunday afternoon that they had a man in custody.
“Police have arrested a man and are currently questioning a man,” a police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.
