An investigation has been launched after a man was found dead in a home in Melbourne’s south-east.
Emergency services were called to a house on Foote Street in Brighton at 8.30pm on Friday evening where they found an injured man.
The man was resuscitated, but he could not be resuscitated. He died at the scene.
He has yet to be formally identified.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on the spot and taken to the police station.
He helps the police with their investigation.
The exact circumstances surrounding the man’s death have yet to be determined as the investigation is ongoing.
