Man City: Guardiola hints he’ll heavily rotate against Leeds due to ‘tiredness’

Pep Guardiola hints he will have a heavy rotation against Leeds on Saturday after seeing how ‘tired’ his players are ahead of the crucial Champions League clash against Real Madrid mid-week

Pep Guardiola dropped a major hint that Manchester City could see a heavy rotation of their starting eleven on Saturday as the Catalan manager tries to prevent his players from becoming ‘tired’ amid an overflowing fixture list.

Guardiola’s side, still fighting on three fronts, have three days to recover before facing Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.

Ahead of Saturday’s home game against Sam Allardyce’s side, Guardiola also shared that he was monitoring the condition of a number of players, including Rodri and Ederson.
