Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are reportedly considering a move for Borussia Dormtund defender Raphael Guerreiro in a deal that could pave the way for Sergio Gomez to join Burnley.
Vincent Kompany’s team has been promoted to the Premier League and wants to expand their selection with a player he led at Anderlecht.
According to The sunGuardiola is considering a move to Guerreiro as the 29-year-old sees his contract with Borussia Dortmund expire this summer.
However, there is plenty of interest from elsewhere and Bayern Munich could provide strong competition for the Portuguese star.
The report continues to state that any deal for Guerreiro would open the door for Gomez to leave.
